Welcome to Mohr Social App (formerly Postiz), our social media scheduling tool.
By using Mohr Social App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Mohr Social App lets you connect your social media accounts, schedule posts, and manage content. We only access your accounts with your explicit permission and only for the actions you approve.
2. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for your account and all content you schedule.
- Keep your login info secure.
- Follow the rules of each social platform (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Your content must not be illegal, infringing, or harmful.
3. Our Access
You authorize us to post, read, and manage content on your connected accounts only as you instruct. You can revoke access anytime.
4. Prohibited Uses
Do not use Mohr Social App for spam, harassment, illegal activities, or to violate any platform’s terms.
5. Ownership
You own your content. We own the Mohr Social App tool.
6. Payments
You pay the agreed fees. We use secure processors. No refunds for partial months unless required by law.
7. Termination
You can stop using the app anytime. We can suspend or end access if these Terms are broken.
8. Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for your social accounts being suspended or for platform issues.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
